LETEX always stands for Research and fashion. Letex has 4 separate laboratories.
In Research and Development part, staff of over 10 highly qualified researchers develop new products, that are designed to meet specific customer needs and/or bring innovation to the leather industry.
It makes a daily check of all raw materials and quality control on finished products. Physical Test Laboratory performs for nearly all the evidence that the world of skin requires: taber, flexometer, light fastness, Tropical tests, fogging ... In the finishing application laboratory, it is studied the application of finishing products with a constant attention to fashion.
The laboratory also prepares samples for customers. In the Wet-end Application Laboratory, tests are done in tanning and retanning and development of new products.
More than 15 sample drums are a major point of support for our customers, providing ongoing support for the sampling of new products and new colors.
