Obtained ISO 9001:2000, LETEX continued and continues a path of constant focus on internal processes in the continuous reference to corporate goals. Since 2007 LETEX adopted an Environmental Management System, a commitment that, given the nature of the activity, required a complete analysis and review of various levels of the organization, all equally involved in a policy more respectful of environment by raising awareness and training of production, the efforts of laboratories designed to limit the use and adoption of hazardous substances or pollutants, a more careful management of waste and emissions. In 2008 it was also built a solar power system among the largest in the district (4363mq) with an estimated annual productivity 222.000kWh, which would avoid the emission of more than 155,000 kg / year of CO2
